I have encounter this problem since last month. And, i found my way to solve it.
It is an error of adobe flash program. It is installed but it isn't working? here is the solution:
1) Install Adobe Flash
2) Go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
3) click the Flash.exe icon and it will update the flash program
4) restart your computer
5) Done!
